Weddings

Congratulations on your engagement!

You have been dreaming about your wedding day ever since you were a little girl, visualizing a fairy tale event, both elegant and breathtaking. An event that people will remember for many years as the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. You are the princess and everything will be magical.

Planning the perfect wedding can be very stressful. Everything must be planned out and synchronized from beginning to end to ensure that every detail goes according to plan. Nothing can be taken for granted. Since you take every precaution to plan that your dream wedding goes off without a bump in the road, you have come to the right place. Since 1992, we have been helping to make several hundred bride’s dreams come true. Our expert wedding coordinators will plan every detail of your limousine service to ensure that every second of it goes smoothly.

Cross Keys Coach Full Service (Three Hour) Wedding Package

• Your chauffeur will arrive 10-15 minutes early dressed in full tuxedo
• Red Carpet treatment upon entering & exiting the vehicle
• Your chauffeur will escort you to the limousine holding your train to keep it from touching the ground
• Your chauffeur will help coordinate the bridal party before proceeding into the church
• Your chauffeur will “fluff” your gown just before your grand entrance into the church so it appears to glide down the isle behind you
• We offer a complimentary bottle of champagne for the bride & groom
• Your chauffeur will present your first “champagne toast” as husband and wife
• All travel routes are planned out before the wedding date
• Limousines are

Wedding Discounts Available

We understand that weddings are very expensive and it is often difficult to stay within a budget. Our rates are competitive with other professional limousine companies and we also offer discounts for the following:

• Non peak wedding days & times
  • Saturday morning weddings done before 12 noon
  • Sunday weddings
  • Winter weddings from December to February
  • Week night weddings Monday to Thursday evenings
  • Friday night weddings (except for May and June)
• Bachelor and Bachelorette parties for our wedding groups
• Wedding Shuttles for guests to and from a local hotel
• Honeymoon transportation for the Bride & Groom to the airport or hotel destination

Wedding Shuttle Service

Cross Keys Coach offers wedding shuttle service between various hotels and reception venues for wedding guests. If you have out of town guests staying at a local hotel, we ensure they arrive safely. Shuttle service is an excellent way to ensure that your guests stay and have a fabulous time at your wedding because:

• It allows your guests do not have to worry about driving in an unfamiliar area
• It allows them to enjoy your wedding reception

We offer several different shuttle options depending upon the number of guests you expect to be transporting from a local hotel.

• Vehicles with the capacity to carry up to 14 passengers per trip will make multiple trips, (maximum three to four depending upon the proximity of the hotel to the venue) back and forth as necessary to transport all the guests
• Larger vehicles are also available from 20 to 35 guests or even a motor coach to accomodate up to 55 guests at one time. This is limited to a maximum of two transfers each way.

Airport Service

Cross Keys Coach has been providing dependable airport transportation for over 15 years. Whether traveling solo or with a large group, Cross Keys Coach is always the correct choice. Our service offers the following at no additional charge:

• Meet and Greet Service –We greet you inside the terminal
  • Domestic flights: passengers are met at the bottom of the escalator on the way to baggage claim
  • International arrivals: passengers are met outside of customs
• Email confirmation of all reservations
• Email receipt for credit card payments
• Complimentary newspaper
• Complimentary water
• Chauffeur to help with luggage into and out of the vehicle
• On time pickups: Our policy - 10 minutes early is on time

I Promise Program

Teen driver car crashes remain the leading cause of permanent injury and fatalities in our youth and many fear the prom night as the evening of greatest risk. The Prom is often the focal point of the senior’s year and it should be remembered for a wonderful time only. For all of the other days of the year, parents should consider an annual safe driving agreement with their teen such as the I Promise Program

The Prom Promise

All parties entering into our Prom contract—including Cross Keys Coach, LLC, the chauffeur, the teen passengers and the parents—agree to the following:

1. No alcohol or other intoxicants are allowed in the limousine.
2. There will be no smoking in the vehicle.
3. All packages and bags are subject to inspection by the chauffeur. Backpacks are not allowed inside of the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
4. The privacy divider remains open at all times to allow supervision by the chauffeur.
5. The chauffeur will terminate the trip and phone the parents of the passengers if alcohol or illegal drugs are detected. Parents will be required to pick up their children.
6. Each parent of a teen passenger must provide a phone or cell phone contact number in case of a violation or emergency.
7. Only the teens registered below as passengers are allowed transportation in the limousine.
8. Signing beside each name indicates that the parents and passengers listed have accepted this contract, and that the representative from the Limousine Service has the permission and right to inspect all packages and call parents accordingly.

Prom contract instructions:

The contract is available here.

1. Print all names of students that will be in the vehicle
2. Print a responsible parent or guardian name next to each student name
3. List each parent emergency telephone number for the night of the prom
4. Have all passengers and parents sign in the appropriate location
5. Hand it to the chauffeur upon his arrival at the first pick up address.
